Mansi Jasuja |  मानसी जसूजा

Mansi brings together over twenty years of international experience with a rare ability to turn complex conversations into meaningful human connection. Born in India and based in the Netherlands, she combines her intercultural background with creativity, storytelling, systems thinking, art, yoga and participatory leadership to create experiences that are engaging, practical and deeply memorable.

Her career began as an architect before evolving through work in urban environmental management, international development and sustainability with organisations including the United Nations, the European Commission, government-ministries and international NGOs. Along the way, she realised that lasting change rarely depends on better strategies alone, but on how people come together to think, listen and act.

Today, Mansi designs and hosts & builds capacity for participatory processes that help organisations navigate complexity, build trust and move forward together. She works internationally as a keynote speaker, conference designer & host and trainer, supporting leadership teams, multi-stakeholder collaborations and global events. Her work is grounded in the Art of Hosting (Art of participatory leadership), living systems thinking and the belief that every voice carries wisdom worth hearing.

She is known for bringing depth, presence, humour, colour and genuine human connection to every stage and every conversation.

As she says:

"Meaningful change begins in how we come together."
