Mansi infuses creativity with her Indian cultural heritage, practice of yoga, art, interdisciplinary, systemic work experience, and her strong love of people and nature. She brings incredible power, presence, colour, humour and stories to the stage and to every conversation. 

Mansi has lived an unconventional story that brought her from practising architecture in India to being a practitioner designing and hosting meaningful work in Europe. She has been an environmentalist since the age of 4 and worked across several urban environmental disciplines, sectors in various international organisations abd NGOs  such as UN, European Union, CARE. In 2008, a growing sense of climate urgency led her to re-orient herself and step off the conveyor belt of "success & safety". In the last decade, she has been strongly purpose driven and focuses on hosting participatory processes, DEI, transformation through building capacities, skills and communities.

She is co-founder of Conscious Business, a movement supporting businesses and organisations in creating positive impact for people & planet beyond profit. 

She’s passionate about Conscious Leadership, Leading in Complex systems, Power & Purpose, collective intelligence & being a warrior of the heart..
